Apple is pushing ahead with bringing its 'Black Friday' one-day sale to the UK, despite concerns that this weekend might be the quietest this year as consumers hold off for the changes to VAT to come into effect. The firm is running its one-day sale – traditionally reserved for Black Friday in America – but has been coy on exactly what will be on sale and by what margin.
What the firm has confirmed is that it will run for one day and one day only, describing it as its "biggest shopping event of the year".
