Apple has confirmed it will be announcing a new product on this month, as it sent out invitations to see its “new creation” in San Francisco.
A copy of the invite has appeared on various websites including Allthingsdigital, confirming the event will take place on 27 January at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco. The entry on the YBCA’s online vents calendar for that date remains blank.
The invitation to “Come see our latest creation” suggests that Apple might finally be about to spill the beans on its long-rumoured tablet. The heat is on to unveil the device after Microsoft beat Apple to the punch by showing off its ‘slate’ device – currently in development – at CES earlier this month.
