Apple’s iPhone has been given the highest rating in the Wireless Consumer Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Study, organised by J.D. Power and Associates.
According to Twice, Apple was ranked highest among smartphone manufacturers with a score of 791 out of 1,000, followed by LG and Samsung who scored 772 and 759 respectively.
LG was ranked highest among traditional handset manufacturers with a score off 733, followed by Sony Ericsson, which scored 712.
