With Nvidia releasing its new GeForce 9600 GT mid range graphics card in the US today, AMD has slashed the price of two of its comparable offerings.Two cards are set for an RRP drop. The Radeon HD 3870 falls from $249 to $189 whilst the Radeon HD 3850 falls from $199 to $169, Daily Tech reports.
Many retailers will be selling the cards for even less than this.
Nvidia’s GeForce 9600 GT is expected to retail for beween $170 and $190.
