Amazon is set to stock Transcend's products with the firm hoping to carry the vendor's entire range before the end of the year.The online retailer will carry 100 of the vendor's products including its SDHC cards, microSD cards and JetFlash line of USB flash drives.
The vendor is hoping that the retailer will carry its entire range of nearly 1,000 SKUs before the end of the year.
Speaking about the deal, Transcend's sales manager Tom Lin said: "Eventually, the complete Transcend line of products will be offered by Amazon.
"The greater part of the business will be geared toward consumer electronics products, such as the SD family of Flash cards, DRAM, T.sonic MP3 players, T.photo digital photo frames, and the StoreJet series of portable hard drives," added Lin.
"Transcend is very responsive to the market's reactions and Amazon.com is a great partner to represent our products."
