Acer has entered the wearable tech market with the Liquid Leap fitness band.
Unveiled at a press event in New York, the device is a 17mm-thick band with an integrated display and motion sensors to record things likes the number of steps the wearer takes.
It also comes with Bluetooth so users can transfer data to their smartphones.
The Leap will come in five colours. There’s no word on UK pricing yet.
As well as the fitness band, Acer also unveiled a number of tablets, all-in-ones and notebooks, including:
Aspire E 14 and E 15 notebook
