Acer is showcasing its business and consumer product lines at this years Channel Expo, as it continues its multi brand approach to the market.
The vendor is showing range of small form devices for the consumer and business segments including its compact Veriton professional desktop range and an ultra-small, portable projector.
On the consumer side, the Timeline series of laptops are on display, these devices offer a range of efficiency features including low voltage components, recharge cut-out switches and laminar wall jet technology.
"Indie retail is the grass roots of our sales strategy," said Acer's sales account manager, Tarlock Rai. "We here at Channel Expo to show our partners what we're doing and keeping them up to date on the latest developments.
"We want o see our partners grow and be able to offer something to everyone, which is one of the reasons for the multi brand strategy – we can cover every market segment.
"At the moment, I think we hold about 20 to 25 per cent of the UK market. We're the number three PC firm in the world and events like this help us in our drive towards the number one spot."
