Reseller AAG Systems will be providing Slimming World with a variety of tablet and mobile devices.
The contract will see AAG Systems deliver 5,000 tablets and 4,000 laptops in the UK to the weight loss organisation.
The 10-inch tablets come equipped with 4GB RAM, 64GB hard drive with 4G capability.
The devices will be fully integrated with the Slimming World brand, which will allow consultants to access weight loss information for its members.
Joey Hemingbrough, director of sales, technology and innovation at AAG, said: “We were determined to provide Slimming World with a completely bespoke solution.”
Tech giant Microsoft has also indicated that the deal is one of the largest ODM of its kind.
Hemingbrough adds: “With the volume of equipment involved, we were able to go direct to the manufacturers in China and have the tablets produced precisely to the specification Slimming World needed, rather than that of a hardware supplier.”
