Independent IT retailers have greeted the launch of PC Indie, with the Koch Media describing the inital response as "absolutely fantastic".
The online portal opened its doors last month and is designed specifically to support independent software retailers in the IT channel.
Speaking to PCR, head of software Joanna Kemp said that it had the launch had prompted positive discussions with independent retailers and resellers.
"The launch has opened up a lot of conversations and ideas for us to continue to expand, and all feedback points to how a site like this was needed."
