Entanet VoIP nominated for Comms Business Award

Communications arm of double PC Retail Award winner Enta set for win

Entanet has been named as a finalist in this year's Comms Business Awards 2008 for its VoIP portfolio.

The communications arm of double-PC Retail Award winner Enta, also recently received an award from the ISPA for 'Best Internet Telephony'.

Commenting on the firm's nomination, Entanet's marketing manager Darren Farnden said: "The Comms Business Awards 2008 recognise the companies that are doing the most to innovate and drive new business opportunities for channel partners and Entanet is delighted to have been named as a finalist in the Hosted IP Telephony category.

"Independent recognition of this calibre helps us to highlight the innovation and investment that we are making in VoIP. It also gives our resellers added confidence and reassurance that in Entanet, they have chosen to partner with a company that will deliver excellent services, support and quality to customers in this vitally important sector of the market."

I have used a hosted VOIP solution from Entanet because I was so fed up with the customer service from BT. I was amazed to find that Entanet were even worse. If that is the best Internet Telephony, I dread to think what the rest are like. There must be a big market here for somebody who understands what customers actually need.
