How are ISPs expected to Police this?

What with more and more inventive ways for people to break files down into smaller packets and then distribute them how will they know what does and doesn't breach copyright rules?

It sounds like pointless reactive policies that will simply end up making ordinary people suffer while wholesale piracy will continue as normal in High Streets and Retail Park car parks up and down the country.

I brought more than 20 Andre Rieu DVd,s on the net most expensive less than the price of a cd un the uk but via USA, shipped from same warehouse as if brought via europe but much much cheaper, stop ripping us off.
