Versus unveils the Touchpad 7

The Touchpad 7 features Android’s Ice Cream Sandwich operating system

New tablet features a five point multi-touch screen

The Touchpad 7 is the latest product to be released from UK technology brand Versus.

The 7-inch tablet features a five point multi-touch capacitive screen, enabling users to feel the benefit of accurate touch typing and multi-digit gesture controls. Its size and light chassis makes it small and light enough to easily carry around or fit in a pocket.

Exclusively available at KMS Components, Steve Bland, sales director said: “Versus is bringing technology and style to the market whilst enabling affordable prices so everyone can enjoy. In an ever-growing market, the Touchpad 7 is the tablet for everyone.”

The operating system for the Touchpad 7 is the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest version of the Android platform for phones and tablets. The Touchpad 7 also features an SD card expansion slot, HDMI out, 8GB of memory, and a 800 x 480 LCD display.
