Brickcom IP cameras take a shot at the CCTV market
New from CCI Distribution is a range of Brickcom IP surveillance cameras aimed at residential properties and businesses.
Brickcom is a network video manufacturer in the IP surveillance industry, and makes a range of products for use in specialised projects worldwide and at levels ranging from SOHO to Enterprise class.
It has a research and development department with 20 years’ experience of producing wireless broadband networking equipment, which the firm believes puts it in a great position to develop new cutting edge products.
It says: “Our efficient manufacturing process enables our products to be offered to customers at the best rates.”
First up is the Brickcom 1M IP WiFi Cube Camera, with a retail price of £189. It’s a compact camera with built-in PIR sensor and illumination LED. Furthermore, it does not need to be connected to a computer.
Meanwhile the Brickcom 1M IP Mini Dome Camera is a network camera designed for outdoor use, with wide angle lens, priced at £259. It has a weather-proof and anti-vandal housing.
Finally, the Brickcom 1M IP Bullet Camera is an outdoor bullet network camera, which adopts a megapixel sensor that enables the camera to deliver clear and detailed images that the firm says CCTV cameras can’t manage. It’s priced at £319.
Brickcom backs its entire suite of products with a two-year warranty, and they are also thoroughly tested before coming to market.
