Distributor offers configurable wheel with force-vibration effects
Meroncourt has announced the Speedlink Carbon GT Racing Wheel for driving fans on PC and PS3.
The wheel has been designed to make it feel as close to a real racing experience as possible. It features force-feedback effects to create the feeling of being on the road, while there are also realistic non-slip pedals to accelerate and brake. There are four quick-access shifter paddles, too.
You can mount the wheel onto any table thanks to included suction cups and a table mount. The wheel has a large 250 degree steering lock, just like a pro wheel. It also has a carbon-look design, and what Speedlink says is a maximum-grip covering for ultimate control. The firm also says it has an ultra-robust construction – handy for the more physical players out there.
For those more interested in what buttons are on offer, you can expect to see a precision digital D-pad and seven front buttons. Both buttons and pedals are fully configurable regardless of the game.
It has USB connectivity for driverless installation and a 1.8 metre cable. The Carbon GT Racing wheel has a SRP of £44.99.
