Koch to distribute security firm’s new product, with a host of new features
Security firm G Data has introduced a limited edition product called G Data TotalProtection 2012, which protects three PCs.
This temporary addition to the 2012 generation of products, encompasses an all-new Image Backup feature, Security Tuning and an encrypted File Safe. It sells for £39.95.
Other features include idle scan virus checking for when the user or system is inactive; proactive protection against online banking trojans; improved add-in for Outlook for detection of viruses and spam email; on-execution monitoring mode specially for heavily- loaded systems; and the ability back up and restore a whole system with the image back-up module and optimised overall PC security.
