Ultra-portable speakers from Altec Lansing offer music on the move
Altec Lansing has announced the inMotion iMT630, an ultra-portable travel speaker that caters for both iPod and iPhone users.
It can be used at home or work, or if you want to take it on the move, just pick it up and carry it along.
It has dual two-inch drivers for a full stereo experience and the rechargeable Lithium ion battery has an up-to-seven-hour battery life – handy for when it’s being used out and about.
There’s a wireless remote included too, for full iPod navigation from across the room. The remote has its own magnetic storage space to prevent it getting lost.
Naturally there are onboard controls as well so that users can access their music directly.
Altec Lansing’s iOS apps including Music Mood App and Alarm Rock App can be used with the iMT630 too.
The Music Mood Graphic Equalizer enables users to customise sound, and the app also includes an Ambient Sound library with noises such as a crackling fireplace, river stream, relaxing beach or mountain breeze available. The Alarm Rock App works as a digital alarm clock with time display and snooze button – users can wake or sleep to their favourite tracks.
The Altec Lansing inMotion iMT630 has an RRP of £99.99 and is available as red, black or teal in colour.
