The website at www.realtimeonline.co.uk has been redeveloped to provide a better and faster service for Realtime’s customers.
Navigation around the site has been made as easy for customers as possible, with quicker searches, better search filters and a new manufacturer quick search facility.
The product pages on the site feature improved specifications and images with live stock level and pricing updates, plus access to web-exclusive offers for online shoppers. New web services are now available for customers including a web-based RMA facility for a faster returns service and an XML feed to drive customers’ own websites.
