Dealer services group Synaxon UK has partnered with backup, disaster recovery and virtualisation software provider NetJapan.
NetJapan’s products include ActiveImage Protector, which features data de-duplication technology, ‘high data compression ratios and fast backup and recovery speeds’. It is available for Microsoft Hyper-V, Virtual and Cloud environments, physical and virtual Windows and Linux servers as well as Windows SBS, Essentials and Foundation servers. An IT Pro Edition is also available for IT technicians.
The company also has vmGuardian – an agent-less backup and disaster recovery solution for VMware ESXi. Features include smart sector backup of only used sectors, inline data de-duplication across single or multiple virtual disks, the ability to restore a VM to a different ESXi host and support for Windows and Linux VMs.
