Smart band will launch in the US on Tuesday for $100

Still no UK date for the Razer Nabu

A UK release date for the Razer Nabu smart band has still not been confirmed, however it will be available in the US on Tuesday for $100.

The smart band was previously scheduled to launch in Q1 2014, but was pushed back to Q2 this year, and later delayed again.

However, US consumers will be able to purchase the smart band online on Tuesday in North America.

The Nabu features an LED display that features a 128×32-pixels OLED screen, which shows a range of notifications.

Users can also high-five others wearing the Nabu and contact details such as Facebook and Twitter can be exchanged.

Consumers can also pick from a range of colours, including orange, green and white, as well as two sizes – small-medium and medium-large.

It is also compatible with other iOS devices such as the iPhone and comes with a battery life of around seven days.

The firm previously launched a beta program for the device, allowing customers to try out the Nabu for $1 ahead of its general release.
