South Park: The Stick of Truth has shot to the top of the PC game chart, relegating Football Manager 2014 to second after a record-breaking run.
The football management sim spent 18 weeks at number one – the most consecutive number one positions of any PC title – and saw off competition from several big games, including the reboot of stealth franchise Thief.
Despite South Park’s debut at number one, if Football Manager can achieve 22 number ones in total it will beat the record for the most number ones of any PC game.
South Park also topped the chart for all formats, with Thief and Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare joining it on the podium.
