Here we round up the latest products unveiled by the biggest vendors in tech over the past seven days.
Display specialist AOC has a new high-end 4K monitor. The AOC U2477PWQ features a 23.6-inch (59.9cm) 4K display with UHD resolution of 3840×2160 pixels. Other specs include HDMI 2.0, a bandwidth up to 18 Gb/s, MHL 3.0 and DisplayPort 1.2.
The AOC U2477PWQ will be available in November 2015 with an MSRP of £289.
Asus has unveiled its Zen AIO Pro, a new All-in-One with a 4K display. The PC comes with Windows 10 Home, a 23.8-inch (60.5cm) display, Intel Core i7 6700T Quad-Core processor. NVIDIA GeForce GTX960M 2GB/4GB graphics and up to 2TB of storage.
HP also has a new PC supporting 4K in the form of the t730 Think Client. The computer is equipped with next-generation quad-core AMD processing power and has native quad UHD/4K display support. The t730 is available in the UK in November with a starting price of £477.
HP has also added a number of products to its Z workstation portfolio, including the HP ZBook Studio mobile workstation, the HP ZBook G3 mobile workstation, the HP Z Turbo Drive Quad Pro storage solution, the HP Z Cooler and two HP Z Displays.
Synology has unveiled its first ever router, the RT1900ac, which has network speed of up to 1900Mbps and Beamforming support. Synology also has announced the official release of its DiskStation DS716+.
Veho has launched a new Apple Accessorise range, which includes a USB Lightning connector, Apple Watch charging dock, power bank, wireless Bluetooth speaker, laptop/notebook bag, and car charger.
Panasonic has introduced two new high brightness laser projectors featuring dual laser arrays, creating an automatic backup within the projector. The PT-RZ12K and PT-RS11K are both 3-Chip DLP laser projectors, aimed at heavy users such as universities, museums and providers of digital signage.
Corsair has two new products in its Hydro Series – the HG10 GPU N980 and the HG10 N970 cooling brackets for NVIDIA GeForce GTX GTX 980 Ti, Titan X, GTX 980 and GTX 970 graphics cards.
The HG10 N970 and N980 help to substantially reduce your GPU’s temperature, allowing for greatly increased overclocking headroom and providing as much as a 25 per cent clock speed increase. The HG10 N980 is compatible with any stock PCB layout NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti, GTX Titan X or GTX 980, while the HG10 N970 is compatible only with stock NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPUs.
Cherry’s new MX RGB Nature White linear switch option for mechanical keyboards has been unveiled. This new switch offers a special transparent casing optimised for uniform illumination and allows a high luminosity of all 16,7 million colours of the RGB spectrum.
Mad Catz is now shipping the F.R.E.Q.TE 7.1 – a new tournament quality 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset. Compatible across PC, the latest gaming consoles and smart devices, the F.R.E.Q.TE 7.1 is aimed at competitive multiplayer gamers.
Micron Technology has announced the production of the 8GB DDR4 NVDIMM, the company’s first commercially available solution in the persistent memory category. Persistent memory delivers a unique balance of latency, bandwidth, capacity and cost, delivering ultra-fast DRAM-like access to critical data and allowing system designers to better manage overall costs.
Last but not least, HyperX has introduced the Savage USB Flash Drive range. The drives have transfer speeds of up to 350MB/s read and 250MB/s write, and are available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities.
