Adrian Barnard appointed CEO of The Change Organisation

IT distributor The Change Organisation has appointed entrepreneur Adrian Barnard as its new CEO.

Barnard is the founder of a number of high-ranking ICT companies and will aim to raise the profile of The Change Organisation.

He founded the award-winning ICT company Modern Communications, which he sold in 2014 to embark on his next enterprising venture – founder and managing director of Prime Networks.

“I wanted to become a fundamental member of The Change Organisation as it is a great opportunity to work with a first-class firm staffed by first-class people,” said Barnard.

“It’s my ambition to increase the sales margins and reshape the sales structure of this superb company to help raise its profile by introducing it to the wider customer-base it deserves.”

Ashley Sterland, communications director for The Change Organisation, said Barnard’s appointment is proof of the company’s ambition to further its well-earned reputation as a quality, reliable, wide-ranging IT provider.

“It’s incredibly exciting to have someone of Adrian’s calibre on board. He’s an inspirational person to be around and there’s no question he has the industry credentials to enhance The Change Organisation brand’s latest and greatest chapter in the company’s history,” said Sterland.

Established in 1993, The Change Organisation is a distributor of IT equipment and associated IT services.

The company works independent of many manufacturers, as well as working in partnership with niche manufacturers to provide a specialist distribution service for audio visual solutions and data centre colocation.
